Charlotte Street between Letford Elementary and Parish Park has been identified through a Roadway Condition Survey to be in need of rehabilitation; specifically, the reconstruction of asphalt pavement and concrete, the replacement of aged water and sewer lines, as well as the installation of new storm water lines to address surface flooding issues. Throughout the summer and fall of 2021, Public Works explored various design plans and resident needs along Charlotte St and have worked with the project contractor to incorporate resident feedback into the designs.
Join Public Works and the contractor to view the final designs for the area on January 18, 2022 from 6-7pm at Town Hall.
Public Works is also planning a Construction Open House prior to construction that is anticipated to begin Summer 2022.
