The Town of Johnstown Office of the Town Clerk Announces official election results of April 7, 2020 municipal election
Johnstown, CO - April 17, 2020 -- The Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Johnstown has released the official election results from the April 7, 2020 municipal election. The final numbers, announced below, were certified by the Town’s Election Judge this past week.
“This year, the Town Clerk’s office received over 2,500 ballots back, our highest return in years,” said Johnstown Town Clerk, Diana Seele. “I want to commend all of our citizens who took the time to complete and submit their mail ballot. Even during a crisis like the one that we are currently in, the Johnstown community knows the importance of an election and of being heard.”
There were three Councilmember positions and the Mayor’s position up for re-election. Three ballot measures were also being voted on in this election. Please see the full results below or on the Town of Johnstown website: https://johnstown.colorado.gov/elections.
