In keeping with the 2016 Water System Master Plan, your town leadership is implementing important improvements to the Johnstown water system by installing a new water tank and pipeline that will connect at the southeast corner of Stroh Farms through Weld County Road 13 and Highway 60.

In keeping with the 2016 Water System Master Plan, your town leadership is implementing important improvements to the Johnstown water system by installing a new water tank and pipeline that will connect at the southeast corner of Stroh Farms through Weld County Road 13 and Highway 60. This project will facilitate future planned growth as well as improve water pressure and delivery for both current and future residents of the southern area of Johnstown. You will be able to find project updates, images, and events on this page. 

Water Tank & Pipeline Timeline:

2019: Design
2020: Public Open House Sessions
2021: Construction with anticipated completion in late 2021

Upcoming Events:

  • Open House
    • August 29, 2020 from 6-8pm
      @ Johnstown Community YMCA
      • Area residents are invited to view draft plans for the new tank and pipeline project at a public open house. This will be a great opportunity to meet with the project team, learn more about the project, and ask questions
