Bid for the South Tank Water Distribution Project

This project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 37,300 LF of 16-inch C905 (DR 18) PVC pipeline, 12” and 16” fittings, isolation valves, 2 air relief valves, 40 fire hydrants, pipe restraints, one HDD river crossing, four bored canal crossings, two tunneled railroad crossings, two county road crossings, and related work in conjunction with construction of the Town’s new South Water Tank.

Sealed Bids for the construction of the South Tank Water Line will be received from invited Bidders only, by Town of Johnstown, at the Town of Johnstown Town Hall, (450 S. Parish Ave, Johnstown CO 80534) until 2:00 p.m. local time on September 30, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be privately opened and read.

Request for Proposals: 16 North Parish Ave Sealed Bid for Sale of Real Property

The Property is commonly known as 16 North Parish Avenue, a lot consisting of approximately 7,361 square feet, as more particularly described and depicted in Exhibit “A,” as Lot 2 of the Replat of Block 2, attached hereto and incorporated herein as a DRAFT replat. The Property has an existing structure measuring approximately 4,605 square feet of gross building area. The Property is currently zoned CB (Central Business District), and permitted uses for the Property are available here.

Bids shall be delivered in writing on the attached bid proposal form, signed by the bidder or an authorized representative, delivered and enclosed in a sealed envelope to the Town of Johnstown, Attn: Town Clerk, 450 S. Parish Avenue, Johnstown, Colorado 80534. Bids may also be mailed via U.S. Postal Service to Town of Johnstown, Attn: Town Clerk, P.O. Box 609, Johnstown, Colorado 80534. All bids shall be plainly marked “SEALED BID TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY.” Bids must be received before 1:59 p.m. on Friday September 17, 2021, and any bid received after that time will not be considered.


Town Staff will publicly open, read and tabulate the bids at 2:00 p.m. on Friday September 17, 2021, Town Council Chambers, Town of Johnstown, 450 South Parish Ave., Johnstown, CO 80534. Bidders may contact the Town Manager of the Town of Johnstown at (970) 587-4664 for clarifications and questions or via email at mlecerf@johnstownco.gov. The last date for questions is September 10, 2021.

The Town reserves the right to modify or waive any deadline under this schedule as needed. All dates after the RFP response deadline are estimates.
