The Town of Johnstown currently provides water service to residents and bills for service monthly.
More information regarding MOVING IN and MOVING OUT is below and is pertinent to all of our utility billing services.

The Town of Johnstown has contracted with Waste Connections to provide garbage and recycling services to residents in Town.
All Town of Johnstown homes are serviced on MONDAY. Trash is every week and recycling is every other week.
The below rates are FIXED for the next 5 years.
Large Garbage and Recycling Bundle : $14.50/month
(both 96 gallon totes)
Small Garbage and Recycling Bundle: $12.50/month
(64 gallon trash tote and 96 gallon recycling tote)
Large Garbage Only: $12.50/month
(96 gallon trash tote)
Small Garbage Only: $10.50/month
(64 gallon trash tote)

Pay your bill online!
To register for a free Xpress Bill Pay account:
- Click on the button above. It will take you directly to the Town of Johnstown's Xpress Bill Pay website.
- Click the link that says "Create New Account" and complete the short registration form, including email address and password.
- Login and select "Town of Johnstown" as your billing organization. You will be asked for your account number and the last name as it appears on your bill. During the set up process, you have the option to select auto pay. If you do not want auto pay, select "NO" to continue.
- Once your Town of Johnstown bill is linked to your Xpress Bill Pay account, you can set up email billing or view and pay your bill online. You can also set up a recurring auto payment schedule.
