Johnstown Police Department Hosts 2022 Drug Take Back Day
The Johnstown Police Department will be hosting Drug Take Back Day on April 30 from 10am - 2pm at the Johnstown Police Department Headquarters (430 South Parish Ave. Johnstown, CO 80534).
Water Service Disruption: 2534 and Thompson River Ranch

Update 2:40pm: Water service has resumed for all impacted residences and businesses.
Update 2:05pm: Utilities has identified the cause of the water service disruption, residents and businesses can expect water to return shortly.
2022: Spring Clean Up Day is BACK!
2022 Spring Clean Up Day will be on April 23, 2022. from 8am-1pm at the Loveland Auto Auction (4660 Chapman Road, Johnstown CO 80534). During this Clean Up Day event, residents are welcome to make 1 trip in a car/SUV/truck or with a small trailer of up to 3 cubic yards to the event location to dispose of their refuse. The Town is partnering with Waste Connections (Town solid waste provider) on this event.

Cemetery Clean Up by March 31, 2022
It's time for the annual cemetery clean up! Please have gravesite items (valuables, keepsakes, floral arrangements) cleaned up prior to March 31, 2022 so that the Public Works crews can give the cemetery its annual Spring Cleaning in preparation for Memorial Day.

HWY 60 just west of Kuner closed to thru traffic for repair on 2/15/2022
HWY 60 will be closed to thru traffic just west of Kuner Ave (east of Parish Ave) on Tuesday, February 15, for crews to make final repairs to the area of February 1's water main break. The suggested detour includes use of WCR 17 and WCR 19 to WCR 46.5 to move around the work being done.

Town of Johnstown 2022 Municipal Election includes Home Rule Charter Amendment Question and 3 Available Council Member Seats
The Town of Johnstown’s 2022 Municipal Election will be held April 5, the first Tuesday in April of 2022. The upcoming election includes one ballot question and the election of 3 Town Council members. Town of Johnstown elections are mail ballot only so residents can expect to receive their ballot in the mail by mid-March and can return their ballot by mail or drop it off in the Town Hall by 7pm on April 5, 2022.
