HA5 Pavement Program for N. Greeley and Carlson Blvd. September 12

Parts of North Greeley and Carlson Blvd are being included in the current HA5 Pavement Management Project. Please see the images below for the areas. Similarly to the project in Thompson River Ranch and Thompson Crossing, each section of the road will be closed for 24 hours during the work. 

Work on the HA5 Pavement Treatment project in TRR and TC will begin August 30 and last until September 15 (pending any significant weather). Each section of road in the designated will be closed for no more than 24 hours.

HA5 Pavement Management Program Coming to Johnstown

As part of the Town’s Pavement Management Program, roads throughout the Town are continually assessed for treatment and rehabilitation. The Town has identified roadways in the Thompson River Ranch and Thompson Crossing neighborhoods for the most immediate upcoming treatment in an effort to maintain the road usability and aesthetic. Johnstown is working with the contractor, Andale Construction, to apply  HA5 high density mineral bond to lengthen the life of the existing asphalt road. During this process, your road will need to be closed overnight.

Pioneer Ridge Water Service Interruption - Aug. 16

As of 12:53pm, water service has been restored. 

August 16, 2021 - Johnstown, CO - The Pioneer Ridge neighborhood area is currently experiencing an interruption in their water service. The Town is aware of the service disruption and water pressure issues and Public Works and water maintenance personnel are on scene working rapidly to fix the issue. 

Public Works is specifically working at the pump station to return water pressure to the neighborhood and Town interconnects have been turned on to further help mitigate the issue.
